Gran and Aunt Tricia came up, so we went to Chris and Ashleigh's to see them and spend the night. The big kids (Cadence and Kagan) dyed easter eggs, put sprinkles on cupcakes, played outside, fought, ate popsicles, tattle-taled and lots of fun 3 yr old things! Adaline and Jane did what babies do, cry, play, crawl, took naps, got into things they shouldn't and lots more.
Friday we went to the park, grilled hotdogs, had an easter egg hunt, and ate cupcakes. We had lots of fun. It was good to see family.
Adaline and Jane getting acquainted

So fun! I love the pictures with those bunny ears. And I was wondering why Jane looked different in that last picture and it's because of her busted lip! You can't even tell now.
For some reason, I really, really missed you guys a LOT this weekend... more than normal. So I LOVE this post for ever-so-many reasons. In particular order, here they are...
I loved (and wish I'd been there in person to see)...
- seeing pictures of Mom holding Jane and Adaline.
- that Adaline almost has bangs.
- seeing Janie cry and Adaline laugh in the same picture
- your picture of Janie's 2 sweet teeth... it's the best one I've seen yet!
- that Mom was able to dye eggs with 2 of my favorite 3 year olds.
- that Cadence looks SO stinkin' grown up in these pictures!
- that Gran was there to be a part of it all.
- that 5 super blessed kiddos get to have a Gigi who's a part of their memories like Grannie Turner is a part of ours
- that you take pictures of those memories so they'll never forget them
- Adaline's super adorable pink headband and blue flower!!!
- that Caleb Shaun is well enough to swing
- that Gran and Adaline have the same expression on their faces in the picture of them at the park eating cheetos
- that it was warm enough that my sister could wear a skirt
- that Kagan and Cadence get to share life together
- that Janie and Adaline get to grow up together close in age like we did
- that Adaline loves her big brother.
THANK YOU for posting so many great pictures! :) Love you, Liz
I forgot 2...
I love that you made masks.
And I love how serious Kagan is about his cupcake decorating.
I loved being a part, only wish we had sat them all down together like I remember pictures of all y'all with your Easter baskets. We did have fun!
That's right Tricia...NO group picture! What's up with that!!
